End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

Welcome to Z27, a job board and short video platform designed to help GenZ succeed in the corporate world. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by this EULA and our Privacy Policy.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. User Obligations

• Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Content

• User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of any content you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

6. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Users posting such content or engaging in abusive behavior will have their accounts suspended or terminated immediately.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the platform, excluding user-generated content, are the intellectual property of Z27 and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of this EULA.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Z27 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Thailand, Hong Kong SAR, and the Republic of Korea, without regard to their conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this EULA from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new EULA on our platform.
